Kids Spa Packages

Are your kids craving some relaxing glam? We can help! Our packages are anything but boring and begin at $249 for a 90 minute package for 8 girls (but we can accommodate more!) Here’s a breakdown of packages, options and pricing.

Basic Spa Party – $249

– 8 Children including the birthday girl
– 2 spa hostesses
– mini manicure with hand massage
– warm lavender cloths
– organic yogurt face mask with cucumber eye treatment
– relaxing spa music
– guided relaxation story
– bath bomb creation activity (can serve as part of a ‘loot bag’ you’re already creating!)
– set up including coloured table cloth, mirrors, centerpiece and more
– spa water, champagne glasses and fruit to garnish with
– intermittent upbeat games to make sure spa-ing isn’t bor-ing
– custom printable digital invites

Complimentary for use during package:

– soft headbands
– tween/teen magazines

Additional children can be added to this package for $27.50 per child- we just need to confirm numbers 7 days before.

Luxury Spa – $449

– 8 Children including the birthday girl
– 2 spa hostesses, 2 nail service technicians from Mimi Nails
– pink robes, head wraps and slippers for complimentary use during services
– mini manicure with hand massage
– mini pedicure with foot massage
– warm lavender cloths
– vanilla sprinkles face mask
– relaxing spa music
– bath bomb creation activity (can serve as part of a ‘loot bag’ you’re already creating!)
– set up including coloured table cloth, mirrors, centerpiece and more
– spa water, champagne glasses and fruit to garnish with
– intermittent upbeat games to make sure spa-ing isn’t bor-ing
– custom printable digital invites

Additional children can be added to this package for $44 per child- we just need to confirm numbers 7 days before.

Delivery & Set Up

Delivery is included to St Catharines and there is a small delivery fee to further spots in the Niagara Region and Beyond. Set up time needed is between 20 and 30 mins depending on the party size. Our team is quick, courteous and excited to wow your guests! We do require table space for our hosting portion however tables and coverings can be added for $25.

Included Guests

The basic package includes 8 guests with the guest of honour included. These guests are kids who:
– will participate in the craft and all activities
– will be included in the makeover and require mirrors, glassware, etc.

That way you’re not paying for babies or adult guests who are not participating. We’ll confirm numbers a week in advance (a bit longer for custom loot bag requests) so that we’re respecting your budget and prepared for the kids!

Hosting, Games, Craft & Activities

Our hosts have worked with thousands of children of all types. Whether your little one requires a special environment or one of your guests has an allergy or need we’re happy to accommodate! We have staff with their masters in Child Behavioral Studies, working with autism, apraxia, social anxiety and more and we can schedule hosts who will be appropriately mindful of your concerns to make sure that EVERYONE has fun.

Our activities will be geared towards age and ability. We find that younger children can find it difficult to sit for longer periods of time so our hosts can intermittently add in short games. If there’s a particular activity that your child has experienced with us in the past and is hoping will be included at the event just let us know. Majority of our activities are musical and group-based so working together will always be encouraged.

We suggest that you extend your party time 30-45 mins (depending on how we read the dynamics of the group!) for food, cake and opening gifts either before or after our portion of the event. We want to make sure your child and her guests receive the full package availability while we are there.

Complimentary Services

Included in your package is a custom digital invitation. After we receive the booking fee for your party we’ll send you 2-4 sample invites to choose from and can make simple changes included. We can also offer custom design services, and/or printing for an additional fee. We also include the bath bomb creation, and gift presentation. These items are included in our package – should you have special requests as always please let us know.

Available Upgrades

Include loot bags for $11 per child or upgrade to our gold package for an additional fee and you will receive everything in the Mint Blossom Spa Package plus:
– Delivery and set up of decor to your home, hall or location
– 8 children including the birthday child
– Child-sized tables & white chiavari chairs
– 90mins of hosting with our staff
– Themed linens, cutlery, glassware & plates
– Centerpieces & decor
– Dessert table, backdrop & display items
– Photo op backdrop – selfies, group shots and photos will sparkle
– Spa services plus 30 additional minutes to eat, present cake and open gifts (if you like)
– Table service for the children – we’ll serve them the foods and pour the drinks! (food is not included)
– Clean up afterwards – so you can enjoy the rest of your day

Booking

There is a 50% booking fee due at the time of booking and our booking form and waiver will need to be filled out in full before confirmation is made. We can only hold a date for up to 48 hours without these items. We accept e-transfer and credit card – although a small fee applies to credit card transactions. We do not accept cash payments.
