What Do You Need to Know?

Begin by choosing your tents, and theme (if you have one!)

Measure, measure, and measure again! Space required for EACH individual tent is 3.5 feet wide by 7 feet deep plus walking room.

Clean up times are the follow day by appointment.

We take a non refundable deposit at time of booking to hold your date and time. The final balance plus a damage deposit is due 3 business days before your event set up.

We will return the security portion of the deposit within 2 business days of the clean up date. The cost of any damaged, stained or missing items will be deducted from that balance.

Then the hard part - waiting until the big day!!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I pay a deposit?

Yes! We do require a non refundable deposit to hold your booking, and your date is not confirmed without that! This allows us to leave visit space for all families who wish to book. Deposits are non refundable (as we hold that spot just for you!). Deposits are paid by Etransfer to payments@partyperfectevents.ca, balance is due in full the Thursday before your event.

How far in advance should I book?

For the best availability we suggest booking 4-6 weeks in advance. We book up to 15 weeks for private events and up to 12 months in advance for corporate and community events. We do require a minimum of 7 days to ensure that all supplies are available for your special day. Please take care to consider holidays will fill up faster than others!

How do I book with you?

The fastest and easiest way to inquire about availability or to book with us is to fill out our online booking form found here. This will help us to determine if we can accommodate your event and make suggestions based on your needs. Kindly remember that your event is not fully booked until the booking form has been filled out, and your booking fee paid!

How big are the tents & how much space do I need?

The minimum amount of space needed PER tent is 3feet wide by 6.5 feet deep. This accommodates the tent, bed, tray etc. It's ideal to have additional walking room and as we bring a back drop for photos and self led games the more space you can offer the more awesomeness we can do! If you're not sure it's best to send us a quick message to make sure we can help! The canopy of stars is our most space saving set up with a depth of 6.5 fee needed for the mattresses and 26 inches wide per bed.

Do you have Boys themes as well?

We do! We have a number of popular themes for everyone and we also love a challenge so custom themes are available.

is there a Maximum number of tents?

There is not! If you have the space we'll fill it - the minimum charge is for the 3 tent package.

Is this available for an outdoor set up?

No, for safety and protection of our set ups all items must remain indoors.

What do I need to supply?

We bring everything except for sleeping pillows. We ask that for sanitary reasons guests bring their own. Decorative pillows are not for sleeping on.

Can I just pick everything up myself?

We craft themed party settings by selecting all the elements that allow us to create a cohesive aesthetic look. We often hand-craft many of the party props to achieve a "one-of-a-kind" look. Our rentals consist of themed settings. We do not rent individual items but the whole setting. We set everything up and breakdown. We neither ship our rentals nor can they be picked up. We want to make sure that the setup looks exactly how we and the client envisioned it.

What are the games?

We send a selection of self lead, age appropriate games that do not involve electronics and DO involve imagination. Due to the wide variety of Themes and age groups we don't have a specific list. However we've been doing this for 7 years and have created this as an amazing free addition when booking!

Setup & Breakdown

• Our team of 2 or more people will set everything up on the day of the event. When the event’s start time is before 11:00 a.m., set up is the day before. • The space designated for the setup needs to be free of furniture and clean at the time when we arrive. We will not be responsible for moving furniture, or clearing out the area. • Everything included in the setting must be returned in the same good condition as it was received and it will be picked up the following day between 12pm and 2pm. • We are responsible for disassembling our setting and picking it up only. Please be aware that we do not clean up party trash.

Contract & Payment

• A $100 non refundable deposit is required to book an event. The deposit secures the date and time. In order to confirm your event, a contract must be signed along with the deposit. The balance is due 4 days before the party.

Cancellation Policy

• A full refund will be granted up to thirty days prior to the start of the event. • Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to an event will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the event will not receive a refund.

Service Area

• We are based out of Niagara Ontario and service this region. There is a transportation fee depending on the town outside the Niagara Region.

Building Policy

• Our settings are of a considerable size and volume, unloading and taking them to an apartment, might be subject to the building policies for moving. Most of our teepee poles are 7 feet long and need to be moved by elevator. We want to avoid circumstances that slow things down and we also want to be sure that moving our stuff goes as smoothly as possible for everyone in the building. For this end, we would ask you to check and get any necessary permit or approval from the building management office that allow us to use the cargo/moving elevator and move our stuff on the hallways.

Safety & Cleanliness

• Pillow covers, linens and blankets are professionally cleaned and they come in a plastic bag directly from the cleaner. • Rugs are vacuumed, sprayed and spot cleaned after every event. • String lights are battery-operated and do not present a hazard. • Items are replaced if necessary. Should breakage occur kindly let us know so that we can replace the item. You may incur a charge for broken/damaged items. • All of our lights are battery operated so they don't represent a risk for the children when used appropriately.

Booking

There is a non-refundable booking fee due at the time of booking and our booking form and waiver will need to be filled out in full before confirmation is made. We can only hold a date for up to 48 hours without these items. We accept e-transfer and credit card – although a small fee applies to credit card transactions. We do not accept cash payment.
